Description

The townhouse is situated within a security complex in the southern suburbs (Diep River) of Cape Town. The occupants will have easy access to a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants within walking, or a short driving, distance. In the evening, relax in the heated jacuzzi with a drink in hand.

The driving time to/from major attractions is as follows:

• Constantia Winelands = 10 minutes
• Muizenberg Beach = 15 minutes
• V&A Waterfront and CBD = 25 minutes
• Cape Town International Airport = 30 minutes

The suburban line train station is a mere 5 to 10 minute walk from the townhouse.

• Two bedrooms and a study (which can be temporarily set up as a bedroom)
• Upstairs bathroom with toilet, shower and bath
• Downstairs cloakroom with guest toilet and hand basin
• Modern kitchen with full cooking and storage facilities
• Open-plan lounge (including dining area) leading into the kitchen
• Small garden with outside table and chairs
• Private Jacuzzi seating up to eight people with heating function and air blower

• Satellite television (DSTV) on 32" LCD screen in lounge (including surround sound) and in main bedroom
• Broadband internet accessible through desktop PC in study and wireless router
• Espresso/cappuccino machine with filtered water on-tap
• Automatic dishwasher and clothes washing machines
• Secure parking for up to two vehicles
• Landline telephone for receiving calls or outbound dialling via prepaid calling card
• Domestic (cleaning) service available as optional extra

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum stay of five nights.
• 50% security deposit (including breakage allowance) required up-front.
• The townhouse can accommodate a maximum of four persons simultaneously.
• The occupants will need to abide by the complex rules during their stay.
